BOOKING PROCEDURES
Deposit of 50% upon confirmation of the booking to be paid by bank transfer and/or credit/debit cards;
Balance:
30 days before check-in: via bank transfer and/or credit/debit card. At this stage, upon guest request, the amount due can be blocked on the credit card and paid later at the property.
Checks or other payment methods other than those indicated above are not accepted.
Necessary data to be communicated before check-in:
Names and surnames of all guests, tax code of the person making the reservation, residential address, mobile number, email address.
CANCELLATION PENALTY
No cancellation penalty up to 30 days before arrival date.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
If you are unable to reach the property due to bad weather, flight cancellations, etc., the booked nights will still be charged.
